Fagrie Isaacs
Fagrie Isaacs is a talented soul and R&B singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur who began his musical journey at just six years old as the lead vocalist for his school choir. He later formed a family group, performing in various productions. Fagrie rose to prominence as the lead singer of one of Cape Town, South Africa’s most beloved bands, The Boyz, releasing the album Getting Ready for the Party for the 2010 Soccer World Cup.
As a solo artist, he has showcased his talents in numerous national productions, performing at renowned venues like the Baxter Theatre and Sun City alongside celebrated artists such as Garth Taylor and Loyiso, both of whom are recognized superstars in South Africa.
Fagrie also cherishes his connection to local Cape Town Malay Heritage choirs, where he performs as a solo and Nederlands singer. Notably, the group Cape Malay Stars was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York during the South African Ubuntu Festival, where Fagrie had the honor of headlining.
